Abstract

Dicotylophyllum sp. 5Fig. 15 F – HMaterial.NHMW coll. Steinböck nos. 24–01 – 03.Description.Leaf simple, petiolate, petiole 1.5 mm long, stout, lamina elliptic, 13–19 mm long, 5–8.5 mm wide, base and apex acute, primary venation pinnate, secondary venation not well preserved, possibly camptodromus, margin with fine glandular teeth.Discussion.The few leaves from Andritz cannot be assigned to any family or genus with certainty. Similar leaves occur, for example, in the Ericaceae, e. g., Vaccinium, or Rosaceae, e. g., Pyracantha.
