Abstract

Annotation. This article discusses the methodological aspects of using non-standard problems in Grade 4 mathematics lessons to develop students’ logical and independent thinking skills. The content of the textbook by Bikbayeva N. U. is analyzed, and the practical significance of such tasks is justified based on the experience of the International Kangaroo Mathematics Competition.
