Burn Severity Rasters and Analysis Code — Guanacaste Conservation Area, Costa Rica (2024 Fire Season)

Abstract

Sentinel-2 derived burn severity rasters and Google Earth Engine analysis code for the 2024 El Niño fire season across Parque Nacional Guanacaste and surrounding landscape, Costa Rica. Includes continuous dNBR raster, classified burn severity raster (5-class Key & Benson 2006 scheme), and reproducible GEE workflow. Associated with the manuscript: "Remote Sensing Assessment Reveals Differential Burn Severity Across Protected and Agricultural Landscapes in Costa Rica's Guanacaste Conservation Area."
