Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yuqori harorat va past namlikka ega bo‘lgan ekstremal iqlim sharoitida (quruq issiqmuhitda) uzluksiz davomiy (marafon) hamda intervalli yuqori intensivli (futbol) jismoniy yuklamalarni bajaruvchi sportchilarorganizmida yuz beradigan kompleks fiziologik o‘zgarishlar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tashqi muhit harorati tanamarkaziy haroratidan yuqori bo‘lgan sharoitda (Ta > 35°C) termoregulyatsiya tizimi faoliyati, kuchli degidratatsiya natijasidayuzaga keladigan kardiovaskulyar siljish mexanizmlari va ularning gemodinamik ko‘rsatkichlarga ta’siri o‘rganilgan.Empirik hamda miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida marafonchilar va futbolchilarning issiqlik stressiga nisbatan adaptatsionfarqlari qiyosiy jihatdan tahlil etilgan.Maqola yakunida sportchilarning ish qobiliyatini saqlab qolish va xavfsizligini ta’minlashga qaratilgan 14 kunlik akklimatizatsiyahamda maqsadli gidratatsiya protokollari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
