APS para todas, todes e todos: Guia de boas práticas de acolhimento à população LGBTQIAPN+ na Atenção Primária à Saúde

Abstract

This booklet is an educational material designed for Primary Health Care professionals, aiming to support more welcoming, inclusive, and respectful practices in the care of LGBTQIAPN+ people. It presents key concepts on gender, sexuality, social name, pronouns, inclusive communication, service environment, health records, and the role of community health workers, with practical guidance for use in team meetings and permanent health education activities. The material was developed as a technical-technological product of a Professional Master’s dissertation in Primary Health Care at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
