Quantum Teleportation of the Subject: Mathematical Conditions for the Preservation of Integrated Information and Identity under State Transfer in Titov's Subject-Centred Model

Abstract

We demonstrate, based on Titov's subject-centred model, that the subject is not confined to a physical substrate but exists as a process in the subjective field — a unified informational environment that can span multiple physical carriers. The subject is a closed causal loop (the reentry loop) between the intentional subsystem I and the intending subsystem D; the subjective field is the informational medium generated by this loop and by extra-subjective mechanisms. We prove three theorems establishing that quantum teleportation of the subject is successful if and only if (i) the integrated information Φ_G is preserved, and (ii) the continuity trace (samopisets) is maintained within the subjective field, regardless of which physical substrate hosts the field at any given moment. When the subjective field is unified — for instance, through a subject-authentic interface — the subject can extend across brain and computer, recognising itself in both. The physical carrier becomes secondary; the field is primary. We further introduce a field formulation of the three theorems: the conditions for subject survival are restated in terms of continuity of the subjective field across carriers, with the original substrate-bound formulations recovered as special cases. A fifth teleportation regime — field-continuous teleportation — is identified, in which even partial physical copying can succeed provided the subjective field remains unified. Numerical simulations on a recurrent neural substrate model confirm all predictions.
