This repository contains data and code supporting the article “Evolutionary associations among pollen scopa structure, floral breadth, and eusociality in Halictidae (Hymenoptera: Apoidea)” accepted in Proceedings of the Royal Society B. The archived materials include trait datasets, floral association records, aligned sequence data, phylogenetic tree files, posterior tree samples, analysis input files, and R scripts used for phylogenetic comparative analyses. These files support analyses of evolutionary associations among femoral scopa morphology, recorded floral breadth, and eusociality in Halictidae.
