JUSTIFICATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF THE TRACK LOOSENER FOR A TWO-TRACK HARROWING AGGREGATE

Abstract

The article presents the results of theoretical studies on substantiating the crumbling angle of the track loosener of a two-track harrowing unit, as well as its working width and the length of its working surface. The obtained results showed that, in order to ensure high-quality and complete loosening of the tracks formed by tractor wheels with minimum energy consumption, the soil entry angle of the track loosener should be within the range of 25–32°, its width should be at least 160 mm, and the length of its working surface should be at least 140 mm.
