This report provides the final update for ELIXIR Norway ELIXIR3 Deliverable D5.5: “Framework for achieving import of non-sensitive reference data and software components obtained from external sources and deployed infrastructure for ELIXIR BioContainers repository in secure compute environments.” The report describes the framework developed for making externally maintained, non-sensitive software components and reference resources available inside secure compute environments such as Trusted Research Environments. The work focuses on CVMFS as a controlled, read-only mechanism for exposing shared resources, including Galaxy/ELIXIR BioContainers, inside environments such as TSD. The report builds on the previous D5.5 report from 2024 and records the final practical outcome: Galaxy CVMFS BioContainers were confirmed to be visible and executable inside the TSD/Colossus environment through Apptainer. This provides a foundation for implementing existing workflows and toolkits for sensitive computing.
