Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ta'lim tizimida o'qituvchi ma'naviyati va kasbiy mahoratining asosi bo'lgan ikki tushuncha — pedagogik etika (odob-axloq) va pedagogik taktika (me'yor va nafosat) o'rtasidagi uzviy aloqa yoritilgan. Maqolada o'qituvchi va o'quvchi munosabatlaridagi muvozanat, dars samaradorligini oshirishda ushbu omillarning roli va pedagogik nizolarni ijobiy hal etish yo'llari tahlil qilinadi.
