These alignments were used in the description of the new algal genus Lithotrichon. The alignments for the main phylogenetic tree are given as phylogeny_SSU.fa (SSU alignment only) and phylogeny_LSU.fa (LSU alignment only) and their concatenation phylogeny_concatenated.SSU.LSU.fa, which is what was used to create the phylogeny in the paper. The ASV_analysis_V9.fa was used to investigate the ASV diversity of the genus found in coral skeleton samples.
