Abstract

Surunkali gepatit C va HCV etiologiyali jigar sirrozi gemostaz tizimidagi o‘zgarishlar bilan kechuvchi keng tarqalgan kasalliklardan hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqotda HCV etiologiyali surunkali gepatit va jigar sirrozi bilan kasallangan bemorlarda antivirus terapiya fonida trombotsitlar soni hamda trombotsitar indekslarning dinamikasi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotga 120 nafar bemor va 20 nafar sog‘lom nazorat guruhi jalb qilindi. Barcha bemorlarda umumiy qon tahlili, trombotsitlar soni va trombokrit ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. Olingan natijalar antivirus terapiya davomida ayrim bemorlarda trombotsitar ko‘rsatkichlarda vaqtinchalik o‘zgarishlar kuzatilganligini ko‘rsatdi. Biroq davolash yakunida trombotsitlar sonining me’yoriy ko‘rsatkichlarga yaqinlashishi va trombokrit darajasining yaxshilanishi qayd etildi. Ushbu natijalar antivirus terapiyaning nafaqat virusologik samaradorligini, balki trombotsitar gemostaz ko‘rsatkichlarini tiklashdagi ijobiy ahamiyatini ham tasdiqlaydi.
