
This article examines the assessment of physical fitness levels in table tennis players, focusing on the role of speed, agility, coordination, endurance, and reaction time as key determinants of performance. The study integrates theoretical foundations from sports science with empirical data to analyze how different components of physical fitness contribute to competitive effectiveness. Special attention is given to methods of evaluating physical readiness using standardized tests and performance indicators. The findings reveal that a comprehensive and multidimensional assessment approach provides more accurate insights into athletes’ physical preparedness and helps optimize training strategies. The study emphasizes the importance of individualized assessment systems in improving athletic performance and long-term development.
