TQNT-V5 is a theoretical physics framework that derives the Schrödinger equation, the masses of fundamental particles, gravitation, thermodynamics, dark matter, dark energy, cosmological inflation and baryogenesis from a single fundamental field — an SU(2) Chern–Simons gauge connection at level k=135. Topological knots of this field are the elementary particles, with mass, spin and charge emerging from topological invariants (Jones polynomial, braid index, linking number). With 10 global parameters and 0 per-particle parameters (vs 19 for the Standard Model), TQNT-V5 reproduces: 118/122 PDG particle masses to better than 5% (median 0.68%, RMS 1.62% with plasticity correction); Newton's constant analytically: G = (12/7)·αEM18·ℏc/mp2, matching CODATA to 0.06%; The cosmic dark-matter abundance: ΩDM/Ωb = 5.5 (Planck 2018: 5.45 ± 0.28); The matter–antimatter asymmetry: ηB = 6.08 × 10−10 (Planck: 6.12 × 10−10); The inflationary spectral index: ns = 0.9649 (exact agreement with Planck); All classical tests of general relativity (light deflection, Mercury precession, Shapiro delay, frame dragging, Lense–Thirring); ~419 cumulative observables to <5% deviation across particle physics, nuclear physics, cosmology, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, chemistry. This deposition includes: TQNT_detaillee_V5_FR.pdf — full monograph in French (276 pages), reference source. TQNT_detaillee_V5_EN.pdf — English translation (204 pages). TQNT_detaillee_V5_FR.tex, TQNT_detaillee_V5_EN.tex — LaTeX sources. TQNT_catalog_V5_diffusion.xlsx — complete catalogue: 1,539 link configurations (3 ≤ c ≤ 30), formal PDG assignments, P23 reassignments, 117 dark-matter candidates, 7 spreadsheets. Knot diagram PDFs (Lissajous projections, 12+8 knots). A companion paper (8 pages) summarizing the key results is being submitted to arXiv. Software: the Python code implementing all the formulas and reproducing all numerical results is openly available at github.com/CA9-sas/TQNT.
