EndoDecay-Sim v7.1: Core Computational Architecture and In-Silico Pilot Dataset

Abstract

This repository contains the core algorithmic engine and the 10,000-patient computational pilot dataset for EndoDecay-Sim v7.1. The platform utilizes multivariate normal distributions to generate reliable synthetic cohorts (integrating Age, HbA1c, eGFR, and NT-proBNP) and evaluates diabetic vascular degradation through non-linear Gompertz differential kinetics. Independent t-test validation confirmed a statistically significant endothelial retention advantage (T-statistic: 173.0961, p < 0.01) for the theoretical hybrid therapeutic group over placebo. Released under open-science principles for non-commercial academic replication.
