Abstract

Bugungi kunda ta'lim tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar o'qituvchi shaxsiga va uning kasbiy faoliyatiga bo'lgan talablarni yanada oshirmoqda. Zamonaviy o'qituvchi nafaqat chuqur bilimga ega mutaxassis, balki yuksak axloqiy fazilatlar sohibi, pedagogik mahorat va muloqot madaniyatiga ega bo'lgan shaxs bo'lishi zarur. Shu jihatdan pedagogik etika va pedagogik taktika o'qituvchi kasbiy faoliyatining ajralmas tarkibiy qismi hisoblanadi.
