Resistome profile of Türkiye: A wastewater-based epidemiology study of antibiotic resistance problem

Abstract

115 HQ-MAGs were obtained from ten metagenomic of wastewater treatment from Türkiye were downloaded from NCBI-SRA database. Metagenomics reads belonged to BioProject numbers of PRJEB13831, PRJEB27054, PRJEB40798, PRJEB40816, PRJEB84064. Readings were downloaded from the NCBI SRA database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/).
