
BEYOND TECHNOLOGY is a policy white paper that explores the root causes of Indonesia's waste management challenges and proposes a systemic transition framework toward a more sustainable waste management ecosystem. The publication emphasizes governance, source separation, transition infrastructure, circular economy, waste-to-energy, and minimum landfill principles as key pillars for long-term transformation. Drawing from field experience, policy analysis, and implementation lessons, this publication aims to contribute to public policy discussions and the development of a more integrated waste management system in Indonesia.
