Dataset of stable isotope δ13C and δ15N for basal sources and consumers in the tropical intertidal ecosystem of Ujung Genteng, West Java, Indonesia

Abstract

This dataset contains stable carbon and nitrogen isotope values (δ13C and δ15N) of basal organic matter sources and consumer organisms collected from the intertidal ecosystem in West Java, Indonesia. The dataset provides baseline information for future studies on the structure of coastal food webs, carbon pathways, trophic ecology, and resource use in tropical intertidal ecosystems.

Keywords

stable isotope, basal sources, Intertidal ecosystem, carbon pathway, consumers
