ODAM ORGANIZMIDAGI FUNKSIONAL OQSILLARNING FIZIK-KIMYOVIY XUSUSIYATLARINI IN SILICO USULDA TAHLIL QILISH

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada odam organizmidagi ayrim funksional oqsillarning fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlari zamonaviy bioinformatik in silico usullari yordamida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida gemoglobin, insulin va albumin oqsillari tanlab olindi. Oqsillarning molekulyar massasi, izoelektrik nuqtasi, gidrofoblik darajasi, alifatik indeksi, instabillik ko‘rsatkichi va aminokislotalar tarkibi bioinformatik platformalar orqali aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari funksional oqsillarning biologik vazifalari bilan ularning fizik-kimyoviy parametrlar o‘rtasida uzviy bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, in silico texnologiyalar biologik obyektlarni tezkor, iqtisodiy va yuqori aniqlikda tahlil qilish imkonini berishi ilmiy asoslandi.
