Abstract

This dataset contains CSV source data for the figures in the GPUTB-2 manuscript and its Supplementary Material. The archive GPUTB2_source_data_csv_only.zip is organized into two folders: 01_main_text_figure_csv for main-text figures and 02_supplementary_material_figure_csv for supplementary figures. The deposited files are intended to support figure reproduction and data availability for the associated manuscript. Please replace the title and add the manuscript DOI or journal reference before publishing, if available.
