Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy pedagogik ta'lim tizimida boʻlajak oʻqituvchilarning kasbiy-pedagogik mahoratini yuzaga chiqarishda kasbiy dilkashlik (kommunikativlik va ochiqlik) fenomenining oʻrni va ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan. Muallif pedagogik faoliyatda muloqot madaniyati, subyekt-subyekt munosabatlari va talabalarda kasbiy dilkashlik xislatlarini rivojlantirishning psixologik-pedagogik mexanizmlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada boʻlajak oʻqituvchilarning kasbiy muloqotga tayyorligini oshirish boʻyicha amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
