Regional ULF Spatial Coherence Index (Rp) Analysis Pipeline

Abstract

This repository contains the complete analysis pipeline associated with the manuscript: "A Robust ULF Spatial Coherence Index (Rp) from Ground Magnetometer Networks". The software implements data acquisition from the USGS Geomagnetism Program and the GFZ Potsdam World Data Centre for Geomagnetism, Pc5 band-pass filtering, vectorized Spearman correlation analysis, bootstrap confidence intervals, phase-randomization surrogate testing, Biogeomagnetic Index (BGI) normalization, apparent phase-delay analysis, exponent sensitivity analysis, baseline stability analysis, and network geometry export. The repository is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the methods presented in the manuscript. The source code enables end-to-end reproduction of the Rp and BGI analyses described in the study. Author: Kawinthalakon Phulumphai
