Abstract

PhenoMe is a user-friendly image analysis tool for high-throughput phenotype discrimination in legume vegetables. The software integrates:- Image calibration (color and scale)- Object segmentation (SAM-based)- Customized trait extraction- Batch processing workflow Installation:Download the installer and run PhenoMeInstaller.exe. Note: The SAM model (sam_vit_h_4b8939.pth) is not included in this release due to size and licensing considerations. Please download it from the official repository:https://github.com/facebookresearch/segment-anything After downloading, place the file in the same folder as PhenoMe.exe (the installation directory) before running the software.
