Abstract

Abstract This article proposes a novel oncological immunotherapy protocol based on pH-sensitive nanocircuit engineering. The method aims to overcome the physical and chemical barriers of the tumor microenvironment—specifically the collagen matrix and hypoxia—through a controlled release strategy of degrading enzymes and bispecific markers. The goal is to provide a high-precision, low-cost alternative for cancer treatment, made available as a common good of humanity
