Abstract

Maqolada o‘lchov aniqligi va ishonchliligiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy o‘lchov tizimlarida natijalarning to‘g‘riligi va barqarorligini ta’minlashda asbob-uskunalarning metrologik xususiyatlari, o‘lchash metodlari va tashqi muhit sharoitlarining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Xususan, o‘lchov xatoliklari (tasodifiy va tizimli xatoliklar), kalibrlash jarayonlari, sezgirlik, aniqlik sinfi hamda inson omilining o‘lchov natijalariga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, harorat, namlik, vibratsiya kabi tashqi omillar o‘lchov ishonchliligiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari texnik va ilmiy o‘lchovlarda yuqori aniqlik va ishonchlilikka erishishda muhim metodologik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
