IMPROVING THE TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE DRILLING PROCESS BY ENHANCING THE DESIGN OF THE TRICONE DRILL BIT.

Abstract

This article analyzes the structural structure of annular cutters used in rock drilling, their operating principle, and their impact on drilling efficiency. By analyzing the design of annular cutters, the issues of increasing mechanical drilling speed, reducing energy consumption, and achieving economic efficiency were scientifically addressed. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the use of annular cutters increases drilling speed, extends the service life of the tool, and reduces operating costs.
