ASPICILIA ALBOSPARSA LISHAYNIGINING IKKILAMCHI METABOLITLARI VA KIMYOTAKSONOMIK PROFILI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kam o'rganilgan saksikol krustoz lishaynik Aspicilia albosparsa S.Y. Kondratyuk turining ikkilamchi metabolitlari va kimyotaksonomik profili tahlil qilinadi. Tur Megasporaceae oilasiga mansub bo'lib, O'zbekistonning tog'li hududlaridan (Boysuntog', Hisor, Chotqol) to'plangan namunalar morfologik, anatomik va kimyotaksonomik belgilar majmuasi asosida identifikatsiya qilingan. Adabiyot tahlili va qiyosiy kimyotaksonomik baholash asosida turning β-orsinol depsidonlar oilasiga mansub norstiktinik kislota (C₁₈H₁₂O₉) va stiktinik kislota (C₁₉H₁₄O₉) ni dominant metabolitlar sifatida sintez qilishi asoslangan.
