Dataset: Survey for study "Food choices under constraint: psychological pathways to sustainable food consumption and diet quality among low-income consumers in Europe"

Abstract

The study examined how socioeconomic factors and environmental factors were associated with four sustainable food behaviours and two diet-quality outcomes. This data package (currently) includes: 1) The survey data file (a sample) contains the responses of 1309 low-income consumers in four European countries (Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal and Hungary). 2) The quastionnaire used the survey, which was created in Qualtrics. The question numbers correspond to the numbers in the survey data file file.
