This annex documents the provenance of the MAV-MCC simulator and connects it to the LHCb Level 2 Open Data / Ntupling readiness chain. The simulator was extracted from the original Zenodo publication package associated with record 19598320, specifically from the nested package ZENODO_MAV_MCC_FINAL_PUBLISH_READY_SLIM_2026-04-15.zip under the simulator/ directory. This establishes that the simulator is a pre-existing public artifact, not a tool reconstructed retroactively after the LHCb request. The annex also records the current LHCb Level 2 status for request #67: production name: MAV_LHCb_L2_Lb_pKpipi_2016MagUp_v01; channel: Λ_b^0 → p K− π+ π−; status: Approved by LHCb / Test results confirmed / Real production running; test-production field audit: PASS; real-production output: pending; scoring status: forbidden until full output is downloaded, SHA256-locked, ROOT-inventoried, split by magnet polarity, field-audited, and explicitly released for scoring. R1 adds a reviewer-preemption note covering sWeights, sidebands, efficiency/correction proxies, and final kinematic cuts. The annex explicitly does not define these final analysis objects because the full LHCb request #67 output is still pending. Any such definitions must be frozen later in a separate post-output runbook after SHA256, ROOT inventory, polarity split, and M6 field audit. R1 also adds a core-theory linkage note clarifying that the simulator is a pre-existing provenance/visualization artifact, not theorem-level proof, and that the LHCb request chain remains an independent public-data readiness workflow. This annex is not a scientific result. It contains no new LHCb measurement, no event-level reproduction, no full LHCb analysis reproduction, no amplitude-model closure, no nuisance-correction closure, no LHCb/CERN endorsement, and no theorem-level proof of MAV-MCC.
