This is the dataset associated with the MS post-analysis of the manuscript "Weak interactions drive differential proteome demixing and tune the response to perturbations" from Narduzzi & Zucca et al., 2026. This contains the reports exported from spectronaut together with the proteomes and database versions used in the original analysis for the paper.
