Abstract

Immunoprecipitation was performed on HEK293T cell lysates expressing V5-tagged proteins from transfected constructs. Proteins retained on beads were separateed on gel, and gel areas corresponding to size range 37-50 kDa, 50-75 kDa and 75-100 kDa were sliced out and sent for tandem MS. The dataset was produced from Orbitrap runs with IP samples from transfections: Fritillaria borealis U2AF2alpha-V5, Fritillaria borealis U2AF2beta-V5 and Oikopleura dioica Env-V5
