Abstract

Ushbu tezisda avtomobil butlovchi qismlarini payvandlashda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy texnologiyalar va ularning ishlab chiqarishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Avtomobilsozlik sanoatida kuzov elementlari, rama qismlari, egzoz tizimi, osma elementlari va boshqa metall detallarni biriktirishda payvandlash muhim texnologik jarayon hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy payvandlash usullari, jumladan kontaktli nuqtali payvandlash, lazerli payvandlash, MIG/MAG payvandlash va robotlashtirilgan payvandlash texnologiyalari birikmalar mustahkamligini oshirish, ishlab chiqarish unumdorligini ko‘paytirish va mahsulot sifatini yaxshilash imkonini beradi.
