Abstract

This dataset contains the supporting materials for the CRAFT@work study on individual work redesign using BPM-inspired heuristics. It includes: (1) a catalogue of 29 individual work redesign heuristics with titles and descriptions in both Dutch and English, covering the original BPM heuristic, the adapted individual-level title and description, and BPMN-style diagrams illustrating the adaptation; (2) a record of the applicable dimensions and heuristics as assessed by each participant during the initial session; (3) the frequency of heuristic-dimension matches across participants; (4) the participant handouts used in the intervention in Dutch, containing the redesign dimensions, heuristic catalogue, and occupation-specific object type and activity lists; (5) an English translation of those handouts; (6) an interactive viewer of the ISCO-08 occupation classification filtered to Skill Level 4, listing potential object types and activities for each occupation at the minor group level, generated using the prompt-based approach described in the following paper: Beerepoot, I., Dani, V. S., & Lu, X. (2025). ExOAR: Expert-Guided Object and Activity Recognition from Textual Data. arXiv preprint arXiv:2512.03790.
