Abstract

Ushbu maqolada avtomobil butlovchi qismlarini payvandlashda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy texnologiyalar, ularning afzalliklari va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy avtomobilsozlik sanoatida yuqori mustahkamlikka ega, yengil va xavfsiz konstruksiyalarni yaratishda payvandlash texnologiyalari muhim o‘rin tutadi. Kontaktli nuqtali payvandlash, MIG/MAG, TIG, lazerli va robotlashtirilgan payvandlash usullari avtomobil qismlarining sifatini oshirish, ishlab chiqarish tannarxini kamaytirish va ekspluatatsion ishonchlilikni ta’minlash imkonini beradi. Tadqiqot natijalari zamonaviy payvandlash texnologiyalaridan foydalanish avtomobilsozlik korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
