Abstract

Ta’lim sifatini oshirishda o‘qituvchilarning uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanishi muhim omil ekanligi bilan belgilanadi. Ushbu maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tizimidagi ingliz tili o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy rivojlanishini samarali boshqarishga oid ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlar o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar va innovatsion metodlarning ahamiyati yoritildi. Tizimli yondashuv va zamonaviy boshqaruv strategiyalarini qo‘llash o‘qituvchilarning malakasini oshirish hamda ta’lim samaradorligini yuksaltirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
