Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qo‘ylarda uchraydigan asosiy gelmintoz kasalliklarining go‘sht mahsuldorligi va go‘sht sifat ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri veterinariya-sanitariya hamda biokimyoviy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilindi. Gelmintlar hayvon organizmida metabolik jarayonlarning buzilishi, oqsil-yog‘ almashinuvining izdan chiqishi, intoksikatsiya va immunosupressiyani keltirib chiqaradi. Natijada mushak to‘qimalarining rivojlanishi sustlashadi, go‘shtning kimyoviy tarkibi va organoleptik xususiyatlari yomonlashadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, gelmintozlar bilan zararlangan qo‘ylarda so‘yim chiqimi 8–15 % gacha kamayadi, mushak oqsili miqdori pasayadi va veterinariya ekspertizasi davomida ayrim ichki organlar utilizatsiya qilinadi. Maqolada gelmintozlarning iqtisodiy zarari, sanitariya xavfi va profilaktik choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan.
