特色小寨何以成败?——基于"市场-互惠-政府"三元经济学理论的解释

Abstract

同样在“政府-市场”双轮驱动下,为什么有的特色小寨成功而有的特色小寨失败?传统的“市场-政府”二元经济学范式难以回答,因为忽略了特色小寨的内部资源配置机制:互惠。基于剩余索取权理论,在前人研究基础上,本文证成互惠、市场、政府是人类社会仅有的三大资源配置元机制,建构了“市场-互惠-政府”三元一般均衡经济学理论,用于解释特色小寨的成败原因:三元均衡,小寨成功;三元失衡,小寨失败。三元经济学范式是全域经济学理论,对人类经济现象拥有比二元经济学范式更为强大的解释力。
