Abstract

Citation: manuscript under review Files: corpus.zip: RegEl2 corpus annotated with enhancers, promoters, TFBS, genes, diseases, variants (in brat standoff format: https://brat.nlplab.org/standoff.html) regel2-lmdb.zip: literature-mined database of PubMed abstracts. Each abstracts containes at least one annotated mention of either an enhancer, promoter or TFBS. The abstracts may contain relation annotations: a gene-regulatory element or disease-regulatory element relation.
