Artifact of the paper:GWBP: Accelerating Weighted Back-Projection for Image Reconstruction via Efficient GPU Parallel Optimization

Abstract

This record contains the complete reproducibility artifact for GWBP, including the source code package GWBP.zip and the dataset package data.zip. GWBP.zip provides the CPU baseline, optimized GPU implementation, build and run scripts, hotspot profiling scripts, stage-level comparison scripts, and plotting utilities. data.zip contains the Proteasome-A and Proteasome-B test datasets. With this artifact, users can reproduce Figure 1, Figure 4, and Figure 5 in the paper, including WBP hotspot overhead analysis, CPU/GPU stage-level performance comparison, and end-to-end performance results. Detailed reproduction instructions are provided in Artifact_Evaluation_Report.pdf.
