Code and source tables for Agroecological Pest Spillover Dynamics analysis of global fruit pest risk under climate-driven crop reconfiguration

Abstract

This repository contains the public release of the analysis code and tabular outputs supporting the manuscript on Agroecological Pest Spillover Dynamics, APSD, a crop-mediated framework for evaluating global fruit pest risk under climate-driven crop reconfiguration. The release includes the Stage 2 datacube construction code, Stage 3 modelling code, Stage 4 robustness analysis code, and the source tables used to generate the manuscript results. The analysis integrates standardized fruit crop groups, pest–host associations, GBIF-derived pest occurrence records, WorldClim bioclimatic predictors, crop-frontier attributes, and pest–crop–crop host-bridge networks. Only derived analysis code and tabular outputs are included. Raw GBIF occurrence download archives and raw WorldClim raster files are not redistributed here because they are publicly available from their original providers and should be cited through their original access records. The included tables are sufficient to inspect the reported APSD scores, baseline comparisons, SDM performance summaries, robust-core priorities, and figure source data. The code was prepared for public release by removing local file paths and excluding large intermediate outputs, raw data archives, and machine-specific diagnostic files.
