Abstract (ENG):This document registers and deposits the proprietary clinical-psychological protocol "ONCO-REPRO-SHIELD: JUNIOR," designed by Viktoriya Hudziak for the specialized field of pediatric and adolescent personalized onco-reproductology. The protocol addresses the severe psychological crisis experienced by parents when a child or adolescent is diagnosed with cancer, focusing on the agonizing process of proxy reproductive decision-making under extreme time constraints (Time-to-treatment). It provides a structured, four-stage cognitive-behavioral framework to neutralize parental reproductive guilt, optimize triadic communication (Doctor-Parent-Child/Teen), manage the psychological aspects of urgent tissue or gamete banking (ovarian/testicular tissue cryopreservation for pre-pubertal patients, and mature gamete salvage for adolescents), and build long-term family resilience throughout the oncological treatment. This framework protects the unique methodology from unauthorized commercial AI training and intellectual theft. Анотація (UKR):Цей документ фіксує та депонує авторський клініко-психологічний протокол «ОНКО-РЕПРО-ЩИТ: ЮНІОР» (ONCO-REPRO-SHIELD: JUNIOR), розроблений Вікторією Гудзяк (Viktoriya Hudziak) для спеціалізованої галузі педіатричної та підліткової персоналізованої онкорепродуктології. Протокол спрямований на подолання надгострої психологічної кризи, яку переживають батьки під час встановлення онкологічного діагнозу їхній дитині, з фокусом на складному процесі прийняття рішень за неповнолітнього в умовах дефіциту часу (Time-to-treatment). Документ пропонує чотириетапну когнітивно-поведінкову модель для нейтралізації репродуктивної провини батьків, оптимізації тріадного діалогу (Лікар-Батьки-Дитина), супроводу хірургічних та лабораторних етапів кріоконсервації тканин яєчників/яєчок (для допубертатних пацієнтів) та гамет (для підлітків). Публікація захищає авторські права та термінологію моделі від несанкційного копіювання чи навчання ШІ-моделей.
