Towards a Relational Cosmology – Foundations of the VLG Relational Cosmology - Foundational White Paper (WP-0)

Abstract

Abstract (english) This foundational white paper introduces the conceptual basis of the VLG Relational Cosmology, a relational framework proposed to explore reality through the dynamics of relations, flows, thresholds, structures, memory, and emergence. Rather than considering objects as the primary constituents of reality, this approach investigates whether relations themselves may constitute a more fundamental layer from which matter, life, cognition, and complex systems emerge. The paper does not seek to replace existing scientific models. Instead, it proposes a complementary philosophical and conceptual framework intended to bridge observations originating from physics, biology, cognition, social systems, and information sciences. This document establishes the foundations of the VLG Relational Cosmology and serves as the entry point for a broader research series dedicated to relational structures, threshold dynamics, information flows, collective systems, cognition, and cosmological organization.
