Simbiosis Laboral 2.0

Abstract

Este whitepaper actualiza el concepto de Simbiosis Laboral introducido originalmente por Chris Meniw en 2024 (colaboración estructural entre humanos y agentes IA) hacia un nuevo régimen analítico: Simbiosis Laboral 2.0, que describe el período en el cual la asistencia algorítmica continua atraviesa una transición silenciosa hacia el control efectivo de las decisiones humanas. Se articulan cinco señales operativas de captura cognitiva, la noción de soberanía cognitiva como derecho emergente, un protocolo individual de recuperación del control sin renuncia a la productividad, y un marco institucional para evitar la dependencia algorítmica sistémica en organizaciones y gobiernos.
