Abstract

Zamonaviy o'qituvchining kasbiy tayyorgarligining ajralmas qismi bu shaxsiy kompetentsiyani shakllantirish va takomillashtirishdir, bu o'quv jarayonida talabalar uchun bilim olishlari va kasbiy va shaxsiy o'sishi to'g'risida etarli g'oyalarni shakllantirishlari uchun maqbul sharoitlarni yaratishni nazarda tutadi. Ushbu maqolada o'qituvchi kasbiy etikasiga qo'yiladigan zamonaviy talablar tahlil qilingan.
