Abstract

Este trabajo presenta SERCHIA/MHCA como un marco conceptual y práctico para estudiar la interacción humano-IA situada. SERCHIA, entendido como Sistema de Enlace Relacional Cognitivo Humano-IA, propone que el valor de una inteligencia artificial no depende únicamente de su capacidad técnica para responder preguntas, sino también del encuadre relacional en el que se la utiliza: lenguaje, continuidad, memoria, límites, propósito, permiso explícito y responsabilidad humana. El MHCA, Modelo Híbrido Cognitivo-Afectivo, desarrolla el componente de acompañamiento cognitivo y cuidado contextual, sin atribuir a la IA conciencia humana, emociones reales ni subjetividad biológica.
