Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tarkibidagi nitrat ionlari miqdorini potensiometrik usul yordamida aniqlashning nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida turli sabzavot va oziq-ovqat namunalaridagi nitrat miqdori ion-selektiv elektrodlar asosida potensiometrik analiz usuli orqali aniqlandi. Ushbu usulning yuqori sezgirligi, tezkorligi hamda tahlil natijalarining aniqligi baholandi. Tajribalar davomida namunalarni tayyorlash, standart eritmalar bilan kalibrlash va potensial qiymatlar asosida nitrat konsentratsiyasini aniqlash bosqichlari o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarida nitratlarning me’yoriy miqdorini nazorat qilishda potensiometrik usul samarali analitik usullardan biri ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari ekologik monitoring, sanitariya-gigiyena nazorati hamda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
