Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda parasetamol (atsetaminofen) va kofeinning birgalikdagi qattiq dozalangan shaklida parasetamol miqdorini aniqlash uchun teskari fazali yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (TF-YuSSX) hamda ultrabinafsha spektrofotometriya (UBS) usullari ishlab chiqildi va ICH Q2(R1) talablari asosida validatsiya qilindi. Xromatografik tahlil Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) kolonkasida asetonitril–kaliy digidrofosfat buferi mobil fazasida (35:65, v/v; pH 4.50) 243 nm da amalga oshirildi. Parasetamolning ushlanish vaqti 4.12 ± 0.02 min ni tashkil qildi. YuSSX usuli uchun chiziqlilik diapazoni 1.0–60.0 µg/ml (r² = 0.99986) bo’lib, LOD va LOQ qiymatlari mos ravishda 0.08 va 0.25 µg/ml ni tashkil qildi. UBS usulida λmax = 243 nm da chiziqlilik 2.0–120.0 µg/ml (r² = 0.99948), LOD = 0.42 µg/ml va LOQ = 1.27 µg/ml ekanligi aniqlandi. Ikkala usul uchun tiklanish 98.6–101.5% va takroriylik RSD 0.05). Olingan natijalar ishlab chiqilgan usullarning farmatsevtik preparatlar sifat nazorati uchun sezgir, aniq va ishonchli ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
