THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED TOOLS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING: MODERN APPROACHES AND CHALLENGES

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced various sectors, including education. This study explores the impact of AI-based tools on the effectiveness of foreign language teaching, focusing on modern pedagogical approaches and associated challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzes the integration of AI technologies such as intelligent tutoring systems, speech recognition applications, and adaptive learning platforms in language classrooms. The findings reveal that AI enhances personalized learning, improves learner engagement, and facilitates real-time feedback. However, challenges such as technological limitations, ethical concerns, and teacher preparedness remain critical. The study concludes with recommendations for the effective implementation of AI tools in foreign language education.
