Abstract

A consideración de las personas nativas y no nativas de la región del Istmo, parlantes o no del zapoteco, vecinas o alejadas, ponemos este folleto, el primero de varios, con una propuesta para escribir el dīdxa-zā de manera que alguien no familiarizado con la lengua, o con su escritura, pueda identificar la entonación empleada en la palabra escrita. El dīdxa-zā es una lengua con gran capacidad para expresar los más variados conceptos científicos y filosóficos, dos muestras se encuentran en la poco conocida obra de Gregorio López y López, digna de mayor difusión, en particular su Esquema del pensamiento filosófico zapoteca y uno de sus poemas, titulado Shlibani, rescatado de sus papeles, de publicación póstuma.
